  • Write Awareness and Training Policy

  • Write Awareness and Training procedure

  • Review existing training materials/modules

  • Identify gaps; review available content from existing LMS and recommend adds

  • If LMS modules not available to fill gaps, write training materials

  • Establish training frequencies

  • Review employee training performance

  • Review provider contracts for training performance

  • Provide periodic reports of training compliance
